Shipping & Returns

Freight

Orders valued over $250.00 (exclusive of GST) are delivered freight free with the exception of cartons of gloves, cartons of paper products, 25kg stone and 20kg plaster - all of which are subject to bulk freight charges.

Orders under $250.00 (exclusive of GST) will be subject to freight at the rate applicable at the time.  This rate is calculated on the weight and size of the goods and also where the products are being sent.

Credit Policy

Please check that goods are correct and undamaged and if there are any discrepancies please advise us within fourteen (14) days. 

All credits require prior approval.  Please contact us to arrange replacement and/or return of damaged or incorrect goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.  Credits will be processed on your account or credit card in NZ dollars.

For goods ordered incorrectly, Oraltec may (at its discretion) issue a credit.  Generally products that have been specially indented may not be returned.  Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days and Oraltec reserves the right to charge an administration and handling fee of up to 20%.  Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days undamaged and complete with packaging.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

A return authority must be arranged prior to the return of any product.

No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval.

Filing of claims on couriers for damage is Oraltec's responsibility.

Pricing & GST

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars, exclusive of GST. 

New Zealand tax laws require us to automatically charge GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.

Each Customer is responsible for any sales tax or other taxes on orders shipped to any other country.
